Southwest Education
Accountability Tour
A structured, evidence-based tour to measure, document and publish the state of tertiary education across Southwest Nigeria.
Billions Allocated.
Students Still Suffer.
Southwest Nigerian tertiary institutions receive substantial allocations through TETFund, NELFUND, and state budgets — yet students continue to endure dilapidated hostels, unsafe campuses, unaccredited programmes and opaque financial management.
The gap between government investment claims and campus reality is stark. SEASWT 2026 exists to measure, document and close that gap through evidence-based accountability.
